Job Description: Handle daily administration (contracts, invoices, quotations, client database). Schedule meetings and coordinate with vendors & internal teams. Assist communication with clients via WhatsApp/Email. Prepare simple financial and event progress reports. Organize and maintain both digital and physical documents. Support operational team when needed. Requirements: Experience in administration or event field preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. Able to communicate in English Detail-oriented, organized, multitasking, and good communication skills. Able to work under deadlines and in a team. Maximum age: 30 years old. Plus Points: Experience in wedding or event organizer industry. Able to use simple design tools (Canva/Photoshop/Corel).
