This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for someone with 1 - 3 years of experience in claims handling or related fields. While insurance experience is preferred, we also welcome applicants from other industries such as banking, legal, logistics, or customer service - who have transferable skills and a strong desire to learn. Key Responsibilities Process and manage general insurance claims (motor, property, liability, etc.) Communicate with clients, insurers, and adjusters to ensure timely resolution Review and verify claim documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain clear records and follow up on outstanding claims Provide empathetic support to clients during stressful situations Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims processes Who Were Looking For Education Bachelors degree or diploma in Insurance, Law, Business, Finance, or related field Experience 1-3 years of experience in claims, customer service, compliance, documentation, or dispute resolution Prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required Skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Empathy and professionalism in client interactions Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic claims systems Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry Open to Diverse Backgrounds We believe great talent comes from many paths.
