Requirements / Qualifications : Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience preferred ; fresh graduates with strong drafting skills are welcome to apply. Proven experience as an engineering drafter in structural or EPC projects is an advantage. Proficient in AutoCAD ; familiar with Tekla Structures and/or Revit is a plus. Relevant certifications in drafting or engineering are beneficial. Strong conceptual and analytical thinking. High attention to detail and drawing accuracy. Good problem-solving abilities and a mindset for continuous improvement. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive, and a team player. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed structural and construction drawings for EPC projects. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and efficient designs. Revise drawings as needed during construction or design development phases. Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications Placement: Jakarta Office (with potential travel to project sites) Availability: Immediate joiner preferred
