Integra Indo LestariJob Descriptions: Develop HSE policies and procedures, with a focus on waste management across all business units. Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of waste disposal systems. Prepare and execute HSE and waste management plans and programs. Supervise hazardous waste handling and overall HSE program implementation at all sites. Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, analyze risks, and recommend preventive strategies to avoid accidents and occupational illnesses. Establish programs for hazard identification, risk control, and workplace safety improvements. Participate in site safety committees, conduct hazard analyses, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations. Create and manage employee HSE training plans, matrices, and schedules. Develop and deliver health, safety, and environmental education programs for employees and supervisors. Train and motivate staff on safe work practices, PPE usage, and good housekeeping. Support operational teams in developing risk assessments, safe work procedures, and incident investigations. Implement internal audit programs to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations. Act as liaison with external stakeholders on waste management, environmental, and safety regulations. Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment (heavy industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation, including hazardous waste management. Proven experience in hazardous waste handling, emergency response team management, and hazard communication programs. Strong network within recycling or waste management communities is an advantage. Skilled in incident investigation, audit programs, and HSE training. Strong interest in environmental and sustainability issues.
