SOUR SALLY GROUPAbout Us Sour Sally Group, a leading healthy lifestyle F&B company, is looking for a highly motivated International Legal Staff to support our expanding business operations. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage international contracts and legal documents. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Provide legal advice and support to management on cross-border transactions and agreements. Liaise with external legal partners, authorities, and international stakeholders. Monitor updates in international trade, corporate, and business law relevant to the company. Preparing and reviewing addendums Qualifications Bachelors degree in Law. Minimum 23 years of experience in legal/compliance, preferably with exposure to international transactions or multinational companies. Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
