I. Job Responsibilities: 1. Safety management work 1Assist in formulating and implementing factory safety management systems, operating procedures, and emergency response plans; 2Participate in on-site safety inspections, assist in identifying and rectifying safety hazards; (3) Assist in organizing employee safety training and drills to enhance the safety awareness of all staff; (4) Follow up on the investigation, documentation, and implementation of preventive measures for safety accidents. 2. Chinese translation and communication (1) Responsible for the Chinese-Indonesian mutual translation of safety-related documents and training materials; (2) Assist in communication between Chinese managers and Indonesian employees, providing daily interpretation (3) Participate in safety meetings, providing on-site simultaneous or consecutive interpretation to ensure accurate communication of information. 3. Other work (1) Assist superiors in completing daily safety management and administrative tasks; (2) Cooperate with the department to complete other tasks assigned by leadership. II. Job Requirements: 1. Language Skills: HSK4 level and above.Fluent in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, writing), proficient in Indonesian/local languages; 2. Education requirement: College diploma or higher, major not limited (safety, management, language preferred); 3. Experience required: Preference given to those with experience in safety management, EHS, plant management, or translation. 4. Comprehensive abilities: Good communication and coordination skills, as well as learning ability, capable of efficient communication between Chinese and Indonesian cultures;
