PPIC Supervisor
Integra Indo LestariJob Descriptions: Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor production schedules, output achievement, and resolve bottlenecks. Control inventory levels of finished goods and work-in-progress (WIP). Analyze production data, lead times, and efficiency to optimize resources. Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines. Update planning parameters in ERP system for accurate scheduling. Prepare production planning reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency. Lead and guide the production planning team to meet KPIs. Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and capacity planning. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP or equivalent). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills. Good communication and coordination across functions. Leadership experience is an advantage.
