PROJECT MANAGER What you'll be doing Plan, organise and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects from initiation to completion Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor and control project scope, timeline, and costs to ensure successful delivery Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing contingency plans as needed Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment Communicate progress and issues to key stakeholders, providing regular updates and clear documentation Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and drive efficiencies What we're looking for Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the property developer industry Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant regulations Strong project planning, scheduling, and budget management skills Excellent communication, presentation,m negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities Previous experience in 5 stars hotel or residential (luxury brand would be an advantage) Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and lead diverse teams Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
