QC Supervisor
Supervise daily QC operations and staff. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Inspect raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints. Maintain accurate documentation and quality records. Support internal and external audits. Train and mentor QC technicians Requirement: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field. Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) 5+ years in quality control or assurance, preferably in plastics, colorants, or masterbatch production. 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role. Familiarity with Color matching and pigment dispersion, FTIR, DSC, TGA, and other polymer characterization tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
