Binaryx is expanding its premium property portfolio in Bali and is looking for a highly driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join the founding local team. Were seeking someone with strong connections in the Bali real estate market, deep knowledge of land and villa opportunities, and the talent to identify hidden gems before anyone else. Your mission: Actively search for land plots and ready-to-rent villas Build and maintain relationships with local developers Evaluate and negotiate high-potential property deals Pass warm leads to the closing team Grow into a Director of Development role What were looking for: 3+ years in real estate or property development (preferably premium segment) Excellent market knowledge of Balis key players Strong negotiation & networking skills Fluent in English Perks: Competitive salary starting from IDR 6M (negotiable) Remote work + field visits Career growth into a leadership role Official employment & health insurance after probation (3 months) 5 working days/week Be the first local hire to shape the future of Binaryx in Bali.
