Responsibilities: Create and manage job postings across various recruitment platforms. Build relationships with potential candidates through social media and professional events. Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone interviews. Conduct in-person interviews for a variety of roles. Maintain effective communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire. Develop and analyze candidate experience surveys. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment reports. Collaborate with the HR Manager to define qualification criteria for future roles. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet) and ATS tools is a plus. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team. Comfortable working with targets and under pressure. High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
