Join Our Team at Suarga Padang Padang A Sustainable Boutique Resort in Uluwatu We are currently seeking a Reservation Staff to join our passionate and eco-conscious team in Pecatu, South Kuta. Position: Reservation Staff Location: Suarga Padang Padang, Pecatu Uluwatu, Bali Experience Required: 13 years in a similar role (preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels or resorts) Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Key Responsibilities: Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms in a professional and timely manner Maximize room occupancy and revenue through efficient reservation management Ensure accuracy in booking details, guest profiles, and payment information Maintain excellent communication with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and other related departments Provide personalized service and pre-arrival assistance to enhance the guest experience Update daily availability and reservation reports Requirements: 13 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property Strong knowledge of reservation systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team Familiarity with OTA extranets and online booking channels is a plus
