The head quarter is in South Korea since 1992 and produce many branded cosmetics in the world. PT. Cosmax Indonesia in Indonesia since 2013 and produce cosmetic products for multi national company, start up, indie brands and others. PT. Cosmax Indonesia growth very fast and open the new business in online, offline cosmetic products from South Korea. To support this business (Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia), we need ONE PERSON for position : Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in South Jakarta & Ciracas, South Jakarta, Ensure that you able to attend offline interview as our procedure STAFF EXPORT IMPORT KKI Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor (S1) from Apothecary, Chemical, Pharmacist, Management Sea Transportation or related Experience 1 4 years as in Export Import area specially for cosmetic, health supplements products from South Korea, China or others country Familiar with BPOM Regulation for import product Understanding of custom regulation is plus Familiar with Ms.Excell such as pivot, Vlook Up, HLook Up. Able to speak English (active English) is must Willing to learn, fast learner, adaptive, high motivation to work. Able to work independently or in team work Communicative, good negotiator, detailed person & good stress tolerance Role & Responsibilities : Communicate actively with multinational beauty brand (China, South Korea, others countries) Registered LS (Laporan Survey), and SKI (Surat Keterangan Impor) for cosmetics products at E-BPOM Registered cosmetics products to BPOM Managed documents for certifications (ISO 9001 or others) and SNI Prepared and managed import documents as follows : Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSS) Ensure that input data product timeline as based on procedure at BPO M Collaboration also monitoring with national/multinational beauty brand Coordination with forwarder agent to shipment Ensure the goods in Delivery in accordance with the order and to the right time Cooperation, communicate effectively with related department Support Marketing for the realization of export product dispatch
