Content Creation & Ideation: Collaborate with our Content and Marketing teams to develop creative and themed streams for various interests and campaigns. Innovate and Trend-Spot: Pitch and develop new segment ideas that leverage trending topics and resonate with a wide audience. Brand Integration: Seamlessly and authentically incorporate sponsor messages and product demonstrations into your broadcast content. Own Your Growth: Review your performance analytics and actively work with your agent to refine your content and hosting style for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): A magnetic, confident, and engaging on-camera personality with the ability to entertain a large and active live audience. Native or near-native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in English is a plus. A proven track record of live streaming success, demonstrated by an active social media presence with a significant following and high engagement rates. Technical agility and comfort with standard streaming software and setups. A foundational understanding of production quality is preferred. An adaptable and quick-thinking storyteller who can read the room and pivot content based on audience reaction. A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed performance targets. A collaborative spirit and willingness to work with a support team to refine content and align with initiatives. Proven experience in hosting, broadcasting, or live streaming.
