SERVER & CASHIER - PADANG (RESTO CONCEPT)
Ismaya GroupJob Descriptions: Takes the guests orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing. The Server is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require. The Server may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies. Also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager Responsible in cash in and cash out transactions in daily bases, assisting payments, provides Sales reporting, and cashier admin Requirements: Minimum one year experience as a server or cashier or similar Basic knowledge in POS, EDS systems or similar, able to operate computer/ has basic IT skills. Have a good communication skills Friendly and polite manner Able to work as a team work Good customer service skills
