Responsibilities: Consolidate weekly sales tracker update from Corporate Business Sales Provide proposal translation for Sales Liasing with Legal Team for reviewing NDA if any tender Preparing correspondence related to the tender Preparing Premium Notification Letter and any administration correspondence for Sales Preparing and Updating Mechandise Request from CB Sales Liasing with Sales Head to create Flyer Closer of the Day for every case AdHoc: Update PRUWorks clients' information on LOB and Brand name Requirements: Fresh Graduate or Final-year student, in any major (business administration is more preferred) Team player and helpful, detail person and willing to do extra mile Strong business ethics MS Office (excel, word and PPT) Proficient in English esp. in writing Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta Committed to join for 6 months internship Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
